13^th July: AHP Society Evening Event

Thursday 13^th July from 6.30pm at the Siam Garden Thai Restaurant in Grantham. A special invitation to all AHPs working in Primary Care to join together for a meal, talk and networking. Jenny Streather (OT) will be talking on the integrated care work currently taking place in Boston PCN.
