PRACTICE
GP Practice needing a new nurse now, or in the near future.
NURSE OR NURSING ASSOCIATE
Recent Graduate OR Return to Practice OR Retraining from another area of nursing
THE COURSE
Birmingham City University or De Montfort University. 60 credits and level 6 or 7. Both courses are taught in a blended fashion – online with some face to face sessions. All competencies completed in 9 or 12months
THE CONTENT
Cervical cytology, Vaccination and immunisation, Wound care, Phlebotomy, Ear care, Long term conditions, Mental health conditions, Learning disability, Safeguarding and more.
