This GPA Webinar and information session has been set up to provide more information about the revised General Practice Assistant Apprenticeship.

We will provide a brief overview of who we are, what the GPA Course consists of and provide more information around the General Practice Assistant domains and the Level 3 Customer Service Specialist and Level 4 Business Administrator units and learning criteria.

Following this there will be a question and answer session.
