Meno-Pause weekly mindfulness sessions

These sessions are designed to help you if you are experiencing the menopause and also encourage you to take a moment in the working week to stop and notice the changes you are experiencing. It doesn’t matter where you are in the menopause journey as all are welcome to attend. To take part you will need to be able to find a quiet space for this and all mics will be turned off. You do not need to be able to attend every week.
