GP Mentor

Hello, I am Katie, a GP originally from the beautiful Peak District. I completed my GP training in Buckinghamshire and have since developed a varied career that combines my clinical work with a passion for supporting the mental health of NHS staff. I work with Practitioner Health, where I provide mental health support to NHS workers, helping them manage the unique challenges they face in their roles.

Alongside my clinical practice, I have completed further training in coaching and mentoring, which has fuelled my passion for supporting newly qualified GPs and nurses. I feel very fortunate to be part of the mentor team within the Lincolnshire Training Program. I am deeply passionate about exploring the diversity of general practice and believe in harnessing any opportunities that can add additional fulfilment to individual roles. I strive to create a supportive environment where new healthcare professionals can thrive, grow, and find their unique path in general practice.
