As an experienced nurse I have three decades of nursing expertise, beginning practice in 1995 where I worked in secondary care both in the UK and Australia, I made the transition to Primary Care in 2006, where I have developed my clinical knowledge and leadership skills.

Since joining Primary Care this has deepened my passion for professional development through education mainly in respiratory, women’s health and prescribing. I completed the MSc in Advanced Practice in 2017, followed by a Postgraduate Certificate in Clinical Teaching in 2021.

I have worked within Lincolnshire Training Hub since its beginning and I’m now the Clinical Director. I strive to encourage professional development and education across all clinical fields, I’m dedicated to advancing these professionals through mentoring and education across Lincolnshire Primary Care workforce and students, combining extensive clinical experience with formal teaching qualifications to shape the next generation of healthcare providers.
