Operations and Liaison Manager and Staff Health and Wellbeing Champion

I joined Lincolnshire Training Hub in 2020 in the role of Project Manager having come from a medical translation background.

My role involves maintaining an overview of the broad range of projects undertaken within LTH to retain and upskill the current primary care workforce and facilitate recruitment into primary care. I lead on a number of projects, including CPD funding, the First Five GP and Personalised Care Role societies and practice and PCN liaison.

I enjoy supporting all members of the team in developing and implementing the LTH objectives.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, paddle boarding, yoga and walking.
