Hello, I am Sarah Hubbard.

My role within Lincolnshire Training Hub is Programme Lead for Skills Bootcamps, responsible for stakeholder engagement, employer partnerships, learner recruitment and programme performance to ensure successful workforce outcomes.

I joined LTH in September 2023. Ignited from an early age, I have had a longstanding interest in Health and Social Care and have been fortunate to experience a range of roles within the sector over the years. My background is predominantly within Further Education, attaining a wealth of experience in a mentoring capacity, before progressing onto regional Quality Assurance.

Equipped with a keen desire to enhance my own subject knowledge further, I returned to Higher Education to complete a Degree in Health and Social Care at the University of Lincoln, graduating in 2022. This provided contemporary insight into Primary Care and governance underpinning Workforce Transformation, subsequently leading to my own commitment within LTH to work collaboratively on initiatives that will shape the Primary Care workforce in Lincolnshire.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, socialising with friends and exercise.
