Sarah Hubbard

Primary Care People Plan Project Officer

Hello, I am Sarah. I joined Lincolnshire Training Hub in September 2023 as Primary Care People Plan Project Officer, specifically assisting with the development of the Workforce Programme.

Ignited from an early age, I have had a longstanding interest in Health and Social Care and have been fortunate to experience a range of roles within the sector over the years. My background is predominantly within Further Education, attaining a wealth of experience in a mentoring capacity, before progressing onto regional Quality Assurance.

Equipped with a keen desire to enhance my own subject knowledge further and a genuine interest in literature and medical research, I returned to Higher Education and graduated with a First Class BSc (Hons) Health and Social Care degree with The University of Lincoln in September 2022. This provided a contemporary insight into Primary Care and governance underpinning Workforce Transformation, subsequently leading to my own commitment within LTH to work collaboratively on initiatives that will shape the future Primary Care workforce in Lincolnshire.

Outside of work, I enjoy socialising, spending time with husband and two children, travelling and running, recently completing the 2023 Great North Run.
