Hello I’m Susan McElnea, Chief Executive Officer at Lincolnshire Training Hub.

I have lived in Lincolnshire since 2007 and enjoy all the county has to offer. My background is in the Business World, having graduated from Leeds University with a BA (Hons) in Business Studies. I have a wealth of experience working with various sized businesses, operationally and at board level in the Uk and Internationally.

I started working with LTH in 2018 and have developed our business model and structure. I am keen to facilitate sustainability and growth of LTH for the benefit of Primary Care. As well as project management and supporting the endeavours of our clinical team, I ensure that LTH fully integrates with all stakeholders across the system, ensuring that the Primary Care agenda is on the table and addressed in full.
