Lincolnshire Primary Care Staff Awards 2025
On Wednesday 26th March 2025, the Primary Care Workforce Transformation team at Lincolnshire ICB in collaboration with Lincolnshire Training Hub organised a Lincolnshire Primary Care Valuing and Recognition Event at the Lincolnshire Showground to celebrate the hard work and dedication of staff working across the four pillars of Primary Care, i.e. General Practice, Community Pharmacy, Dentistry and Optometry.
The event featured a keynote talk on team cohesion and the power of positivity by Michael McGrath MBE, a panel led by senior figures within each of the four Primary Care pillars showcasing success stories from Primary Care and increased integration between the pillars, key breakout workshops on the People Promise values of We Are Safe and Healthy and We Are Compassionate and Inclusive, a celebratory afternoon tea and the Lincolnshire Primary Care Staff Awards ceremony covering individual, team and long service awards.
Over 200 members of Lincolnshire Primary Care staff from across the four pillars attended the event expertly compered by Kay Keane, the Director of the Institute of General Practice Management.
