Health and Wellbeing

Self-care is important. We recognise that the last few years have brought unprecedented challenges which have affected many people’s mental health and wellbeing. We have collated an enhanced Primary Care health and wellbeing offer with system-wide services and resources to help you as valued members of the Primary Care workforce. First Five GPs

The First Five Lincolnshire Group aims to provide peer support and networking for GPs in Lincolnshire in the first 5 years post CCT.

The Group organises regular teaching events. These are advertised on the Current Courses and Events page of our website (Support and training in primary care – Lincolnshire Training Hub) and via email.
