Expressions of Interest Now Open

We are delighted to announce that Expressions of Interest are now open for our next Lincolnshire Care Compass Skills Pathway Programme, with multiple cohorts running from September 2026 and throughout 2027.

Our Skills Pathway Programme supports people to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence to take their next step into health and social care, or to progress within their current role.

We work with local employers and partners to help participants prepare for and progress towards a wide range of opportunities, including roles such as:

  • Healthcare Support Workers
  • Carers and Care Assistants
  • Porters
  • Housekeeping and Domestic Services
  • Administration and Reception
  • Care Navigation and other support roles

The programme is delivered as part of our Skills Bootcamp provision, funded by the Greater Lincolnshire Combined County Authority, alongside opportunities supported through the Widening Access Demonstrator Programme.

Choose the pathway that suits you:

Clinical Pathway

For those interested in patient-facing and care roles, providing the core knowledge, practical skills and confidence needed to prepare for opportunities across health and social care.

Administration Pathway

For those interested in administration, reception, care navigation and other non-clinical support roles within health and social care.

Whether you are new to health and social care, looking for a change of career, returning to work or wanting to develop within your current role, the Skills Pathway Programme can help you take that next step.
