Effective from: 1^st September 2025

This policy sets out how refunds and cancellations are managed for all paid courses delivered by Lincolnshire Training Hub. By booking a place, participants and/or employers agree to these terms.

1. Payment Terms

• All course fees are payable in full at the time of booking.

• A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• 21+ days before course start: Full refund (100%).

• 14–20 days before course start: 50% refund.

• Less than 14 days before course start: No refund.

• No-shows (failure to attend without notice): No refund.

Refunds will be processed within [10] working days of approval.

3. Organisation-led Cancellations

If Lincolnshire Training Hub cancels or reschedules a course, participants will be offered:

• A full refund, or

• A transfer to an alternative date at no additional cost.
